send your prayer request using the form below. You can send a request
for any of your prayer needs but before you send us a request you must
agree with the terms and conditions below. Please note this form should not be use to add your name(s) to the Praying4aBaby trying to conceive prayer group list.

Terms and Conditions: You
give Praying4aBaby permission to post your prayer request at the
Praying4aBaby website and also understand that your request may be included in
the Prayer Schedule and Anouncememts email that is sent every week to
the members of our prayer group. Please understand that your prayer request will be available on the internet so you may not want to add your last name to the prayer request if your privacy is an issue.
You also understand that at our discretion we may decline to post your prayer request at this website.
We
will not share your email address with anyone, but you need to provide
us with a working email in case we need to contact you in regard to
your request.
